Do you guarantee a visa?
No. Only the visa office of the destination country decides. What we control is the quality and completeness of what reaches them. Any consultant promising a guaranteed visa is misleading you, and it is usually the prelude to a fabricated document.
What do you charge?
It depends on country and category. Before any payment you get a written quote separating our fee from government fees, English test fees, medicals, courier and translation. No verbal numbers, no charges added midway.
Do I need IELTS or PTE for everything?
No. Study visas and most skilled routes need an approved English test. Visitor, business and many family and employment routes do not. We confirm the exact requirement for your route during assessment so you don't pay for a test you never needed.
My visa was refused earlier. Is it over?
No. We read the refusal letter properly, work out what the officer was not satisfied about — usually funds, intent to return, or an inconsistency — and rebuild the file around that gap. Past refusals must always be disclosed; hiding one is what actually ends a case.
Can I apply with a low score or a study gap?
Often yes. Gaps are explainable when documented — employment, family responsibility, exam attempts, health. Low scores narrow your options but rarely close them. What matters is choosing a route that fits the profile you actually have.
Do you handle the family too?
Yes. Spouse and dependent children are filed alongside or after the principal applicant depending on the route. We plan it as one family case from day one rather than treating it as an afterthought.
How long will it take?
File preparation is normally two to four weeks, driven mainly by how fast documents come in. Government processing varies by country and season and is outside anyone's control. We give you the published range, not a comforting number.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. AI Overseas is a private limited company registered in India, with a written engagement letter for every client. Company identification details are shared along with that letter.
